What exactly do I get?
A day-by-day plan built around your quiz answers and your exact travel dates: hidden gems, café and restaurant picks, checked opening hours, real events happening that week, and directions that work on the ground. How fast will I get it?
Within 48 hours of ordering, usually faster. Booking a few weeks ahead is ideal, but last-minute trips work too.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what missed the mark within 7 days and we'll revise your plan for free. If it's still not right after that, you can request a full refund.
Can't I just ask ChatGPT?
You can, and you'll get the same list as everyone else, plus the odd restaurant that closed two years ago and zero idea what's actually on while you're there. Sotto plans are finished by a local who knows the city from the inside: checked hours, real dated events, and zero sponsored placements.
Who actually makes my itinerary?
A local who knows your destination city inside out. AI helps with the boring logistics, but the picks, the routes, and the final word are human.
Do you book my hotels, restaurants and tickets?
No, the plan tells you exactly where to go and when, but you keep control of your own bookings and money. Where a reservation actually matters, we'll flag it and tell you how far ahead to book.
Travelling with kids?
Our plans are designed for adult travellers. Mention the kids and their ages in the quiz notes and we'll adapt where we can.
Is this a subscription?
No. One flat fee based on trip length, from €49 for a 2-day trip to €99 for 5 days. The plan is yours to keep.
