Count the days you'll really be out exploring. If you land late at night or head home at dawn, there's no need to pay for a day you'll mostly spend getting there. Just pick the days you'll actually have in the city.
What you get,
every time
Whatever the length, the price buys the same thing: a plan made for you, by someone who actually knows the city. Three parts of that are the reason people pay for it.
-
Opening hours, checked against your dates
Not “usually open Tuesdays”. Every spot in your plan is checked for the actual week you travel, so you don't walk twenty minutes to a closed door.
-
What's actually on while you're there
Real dated events: the gig, the market, the exhibition that opens the weekend you land. The things a guidebook printed last year cannot know about.
-
A local puts their name to every pick
Someone who lives in the city reads your answers and signs off on the finished plan. No algorithm guessing at what's popular, no sponsored placements, ever.
We know you've got options
Every option below hands the checking back to you. A sotto plan arrives finished: picked, checked and signed off by a host who lives there.
Ask for three days in Amsterdam and you get the answer it gives everyone: the Rijksmuseum, a canal cruise, a walk round the Jordaan. It can't check whether the café it just recommended is still open, and it has no idea what's on the weekend you're there.
Written a year or two ago, for a million different readers, then printed. By the time it reaches you the good places have moved on, and the ones locals keep to themselves were never going to make the page.
A 4.5 average tells you a place is popular, not that it's good. The bar with forty ratings can be the best night of your trip, and the one with four thousand is usually the one nearest the station.
Genuinely personal, and genuinely expensive. The fee can end up costing more than your flights, and it mostly buys you booking, not the local detail of what to do once you've landed.
Three or four hours across twenty tabs and blog posts written for somebody else's trip. At the end of it you still can't tell whether the plan is any good until you're standing there.
The quickest way to settle it: read a real plan, and see what a local actually writes.

Is this a subscription?
No. It's a single flat fee based on how many days your trip is, from €49 for 2 days to €99 for 5. You pay once and the plan is yours to keep, no account required.
What's included in the price?
Everything you need to travel like you live there: a day-by-day plan built around your dates, hidden gems with directions, café and restaurant picks, checked opening hours, real events that week, and an offline PDF. A free revision is included too. See a real sample plan →
Are there any hidden or extra costs?
None. VAT is already included and there's nothing added at checkout. You pay for your own hotels, meals and tickets directly, exactly as you would anyway, and we never take a cut or a kickback from anyone we recommend.
What does “launch pricing” mean?
It means what it says: we are new, and these are the prices we are starting with. They hold until 30 September 2026. What happens after that depends on how the first months go, so the honest answer is that we do not know yet. Either way, if you buy now you keep the price you paid.
Why does a longer trip cost a bit more?
More days means more to plan and more for a local to get right: extra neighbourhoods, more picks, and a route that actually holds together across the whole trip. The price scales gently with the work behind it.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what missed the mark within 7 days and we'll revise your plan for free. If it's still not right after that, you can request a full refund. No drama.
Can't I just ask ChatGPT for free?
You can, and you'll get the same list as everyone else, plus the odd place that closed two years ago and no idea what's actually on while you're there. Every Sotto plan is finished by a local: checked hours, real dated events, and zero sponsored placements.
