By using the sotto.travel website and ordering our services, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
sotto.travel provides personalised city break itineraries. You submit a short travel questionnaire, and we deliver a custom itinerary — drafted with AI and reviewed by a local expert — within 24 hours by email. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time.
Delivery and format
Itineraries are delivered digitally by email in PDF format. Delivery is typically within 24 hours of purchase. In exceptional circumstances (high demand, public holidays), we will notify you of any delays.
Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in euros and include any applicable taxes. Your card is charged at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Because itineraries are custom-made digital products, we do not offer refunds once your itinerary has been delivered. If you have not yet received your itinerary and wish to cancel, contact us at hello@sotto.travel within 2 hours of purchase.
Intellectual property
All content on sotto.travel — including text, design, and itinerary content — is the property of sotto.travel and protected by copyright law. Your purchased itinerary is licensed for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
Your information
By submitting the travel questionnaire, you provide accurate information about your trip. We use this to create your itinerary. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Limitation of liability
sotto.travel itineraries are recommendations, not guarantees. We are not responsible for venue closures, price changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your itinerary. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
